MyNetWire expects all clients to exercise due care to help ensure a healthy network for other MyNetWire clients and the visitors of our client's sites.

Spam Policy
MyNetWire does not authorize any of its clients to distribute unsolicited bulk emails. In addition, Internet email sent, or caused to be sent, to or through the MyNetWire servers that makes use of or contains invalid or forged headers, invalid or non-existent domain names or other means of deceptive addressing will be deemed to be counterfeit. Any attempt to send or cause such counterfeit email to be sent to or through the MyNetWire servers is unauthorized. MyNetWire reserves the right to take all legal and technical steps available to prevent unsolicited bulk email or other unauthorized email from entering or leaving MyNetWire's servers.

Adult and Illegal Material
Pornographic, sex-oriented, threatening or illegal material is prohibited on any MyNetWire account. This includes any content that promotes any sexual or illegal content; such as via external links. Any use of the MyNetWire servers to display, store or distribute such material will result in account termination.

Data Storage
While backups are regularly performed, MyNetWire is not responsible for any data stored on our servers which becomes corrupted or lost. It is always the client's responsibility to maintain current backups of their own data in a location that is separate and secure from the MyNetWire Network.

Disclaimer
MyNetWire will not be responsible for a failure to recognize or remove any sites that may be illegal, harmful or otherwise objectionable. MyNetWire makes no representations as to the accuracy or any other aspect of information contained in our, our clients', or any linked websites. In no event will MyNetWire, its related partnerships, officers, owners or employees thereof be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information in this website or for any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
MyNetWire's clients agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold MyNetWire harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees associated with MyNetWire's development and hosting of their website(s). This includes liabilities asserted against MyNetWire, its subcontractors, its agents, its clients, officers, and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by the client, its agents, employees or assigns. Clients also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MyNetWire against liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products or services sold or otherwise distributed over the Client's website. This includes but is not limited to infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party, copyright infringement, and delivering any defective product or misinformation which is detrimental to another person, organization, or business.

Termination Terms
MyNetWire reserves the right, in its discretion, to demand modifications, deny access, suspend or fully terminate any account that is deemed in violation of the stated terms and conditions. Refunds or credits are not issued to accounts that terminate voluntarily or involuntarily.

MyNetWire's failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might have application does not equate to a waiver of MyNetWire's rights.
