Temporary internet files are small files that make up various web pages you have visited. These are stored on your computer's hard drive to help speed up the time it takes to download a web page. Sometimes these files get out of sync or out of date which causes the web page to load incorrectly. If you are experiencing some browsing issues you might need to delete your temporary internet files. This forces you computer to resync with the web page and get new download information.

To delete your temporary files you will need to go to "internet options" or "preferences" in your internet browser's toolbar. In there you should see a button to delete your temporary internet files. It may take your computer a few minutes to delete all of your files. So, be patient until the process is complete.
