What are the file size limits for attachments to my email?
Email servers will normally accept file attachments up to 10MB in a single email. If you are sending multiple files it is good to break them up into different emails so they move across the internet easier. You also need to be aware that some email providers place further limits on attachments. If you exceed the limit allowed my the recipient your email will probably be rejected.

Can I still keep my other email accounts in addition to my MyNetWire account?
Absolutely. Almost all email software will allow you to add several email accounts. When you tell your email software to send and receive your email it will automatically check all of your email accounts. You will also be able to specify which of your email addresses you want to use when composing a new email.

What if I receive error messages when I try to connect to the email server?
Naturally there is a myriad of error messages and possible causes to the issue. If you know you've connected successfully to the email server in the past then something might have changed on your system or the network may be unavailable. First, read the error message and try to determine what the issue might be. If you're unsure then reboot your computer and try connecting again a little later. If you still receive the error contact support. You can also type the error message into a search engine. The search results may pinpoint the cause of the issue and recommended solutions.

Why don't some of my messages appear correctly in webmail?
If you receive emails that appear to look more like computer commands instead of regular text you probably received an HTML based email. These commands are special codes to make the text different sizes, colors, etc. Webmail only understand normal written text and does not display these special commands. You should still be able to read the text of the email between the special codes.

Why is there email in my inbox that isn't addressed to me?
The email you received is probably spam. This is a technique spammers use to disguise themselves. They did mean for the email to arrive in your inbox, but they used special software to hide that fact. If you try to respond to them, chances are the address in the from box isn't valid either. Their goals is for them to be able to contact you, but you be unable to contact them back.
